Recipe 06 – Pan Fried Breef

Pan fried beef with baby carrots asparagus rice 

Ingredients

  • Beef steak (2-3 slices)
  • Baby carrots (6-8)
  • Asparagus tips (6-8)
  • Chilli paste (tea spoon)
  • Lemon and lime (small squeeze)
  • Sea salt (couple of grinds)
  • Pepper (couple of grinds
  • Boil in the bag Basmati Rice  (1)
  • Step 1
    Maranade the beef with chill paste salt Pepper lemon and lime juice in a bowl covering throughly. Fry the beef in olive oil until tender for about 8 10mins.
  • Step 2
    Boil the rice according to packet instructions
  • Step 3
    Fry the baby carrots and asparagus tips for 3 4 mins until slightly brown.
  • Step 4
    Plate the beef steak 1/3 of bag rice and baby carrots and asparagus.
