Recipe 05 – Chicken breast with Tagliatelle Pasta

Pan fried chicken breast with Tagliatelle pasta, home made sauce baby Spinach 

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (1-2)
  • Tagliatele pasta (3-4 swirls)
  • Chopped tinned Tomatoes (1/2 can)
  • Cloves (3-4 )
  • Cinnamon stick (1)
  • Sea salt (couple of grinds)
  • Pepper (couple of grinds)
  • Baby Spinach (1/4 of a bag)
  • Lemon and lime (small squeeze)

 

  • Step 1
    Pan fry the chicken breast for 8 10mins until golden brown on both sides.
  • Step 2
    Boil the pasta for 4 5 mins
  • Step 3
    Boil the baby Spinach
  • Step 4
    Put tinned Tomatoes into a pot adding the salt Pepper Lemon and lime juice and chopped Cinnamon stick and Cloves.
    Bring to the boil stirring throughout.
  • Step 5
    Chop the chicken breast into small cubes
    Plate the pasta adding the sauce over it and chopped chicken. Plate the baby Spinach
