Recipe 05 – Chicken breast with Tagliatelle Pasta
Pan fried chicken breast with Tagliatelle pasta, home made sauce baby Spinach
Ingredients
- Chicken breast (1-2)
- Tagliatele pasta (3-4 swirls)
- Chopped tinned Tomatoes (1/2 can)
- Cloves (3-4 )
- Cinnamon stick (1)
- Sea salt (couple of grinds)
- Pepper (couple of grinds)
- Baby Spinach (1/4 of a bag)
- Lemon and lime (small squeeze)
- Step 1
Pan fry the chicken breast for 8 10mins until golden brown on both sides. - Step 2
Boil the pasta for 4 5 mins - Step 3
Boil the baby Spinach - Step 4
Put tinned Tomatoes into a pot adding the salt Pepper Lemon and lime juice and chopped Cinnamon stick and Cloves.
Bring to the boil stirring throughout. - Step 5
Chop the chicken breast into small cubes
Plate the pasta adding the sauce over it and chopped chicken. Plate the baby Spinach
