Recipe 03 – Lamb Chops

Lamb chops with baby spinach and rice 

  • Lamb chops (4-6 pieces)
  • Chilli paste *tea spoon)
  • Garlic (1)
  • Sea salt (couple of grinds)
  • Pepper (couple of grinds)
  • Fresh red and green chillies (1 each)
  • Lemon and lime (small squeeze from both)
  • Baby Spinach (1/4) bag
  • Boil in the bag Basmati Rice (1)


  • Step 1
    First start by marinating the lamb in a bowl. Add chopped Garlic 1 red and green chillies juice from Lemon and lime juice and chilli paste smothering the lamb. Place the lamb on foil wrapping it completely and placing it in the oven for 20 mins at 180c
  • Step 2
    Cook the boil in the bag rice using box instructions
  • Step 3
    Boil the baby Spinach for 3 4 mins.
  • Step 4
    Plate the baby Spinach a hand full and 1/3 of rice on plate.
  • Step 5
    Remove lamb. Carefully taking out of foil and plate. Can use the juices in foil to flavour rice if required
