FISH FEAST

Banana Leaf Wrapped Sea Bass

2 Banana Leaves

6 Sea Bass Fillet

200 gms Shallots

50 gms Ginger

50 gms Garlic

50 gms Chilli

100 ml Mustard Oil

10 gms Coriander

 

Prawns Koliwada

500 grams Prawns

200 gms Gram Flour

100 gms Rice Flour

1 tsp Ginger

1 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Chilli

½ tsp Ajwain

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tbsp Deggi Mirch

½ Lemon Juice

 

Dil and Mustard Salmon

500 gms Salmon

150 gms Kasundi Mustard

15 gms Dil Leaves

1 tsp Ginger

1 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Chilli

1 tsp Kasturi Methi

1 Lemon Juice

100 gms Yogurt
