Pan fried beef with baby carrots asparagus rice
- Beef steak (2-3 slices)
- Baby carrots (6-8)
- Asparagus tips (6-8)
- Chilli paste (tea spoon)
- Lemon and lime (small squeeze)
- Sea salt (couple of grinds)

- Boil in the bag Basmati Rice (1)
- Step 1
Maranade the beef with chill paste salt Pepper lemon and lime juice in a bowl covering throughly. Fry the beef in olive oil until tender for about 8 10mins. - Step 2
Boil the rice according to packet instructions - Step 3
Fry the baby carrots and asparagus tips for 3 4 mins until slightly brown. - Step 4
Plate the beef steak 1/3 of bag rice and baby carrots and asparagus.
