EKTV Game Show Official Rules v.1.0 *

1) Entry into the competition is strictly permitted for children under 15 years old only.
2) One entry per call.
3) Callers are only allowed to enter the competition once per episode.
4) Callers MUST have consent of parent/guardian.
5) Parent/guardian must read and agree to the official rules before allowing their child to enter the competition.
6) Parent/guardian must complete and submit the prize form, and agree to the official rules to claim the prize.
7) Calls are queued and put through to the live programme on a first come, first serve basis.
8) Calls are only permitted on the first ‘Live Broadcast’ of the programme.
9) Callers are responsible for their phone call charges to the Eman Channel local landline live programme phone number.
10) Eman Channel reserves the right to not allow entry of any caller they deem not suitable for the programme.
11) Any calls on hold to enter the competition at the end of the show will be ended without any liability or cost to Eman Channel.
12) Prizes are fulfilled by a third party; Eman Channel is not responsible for the quality of the prize items.
13) Prizes may not appear as described.
14) Prizes are subject to availability.
15) Prizes may change as advertised.
16) Prizes are normally despatched within 28 days.
17) Eman Channel is not responsible for delays in delivery of prizes.
18) All submissions by the winners can only be made within 24 hours from the end of the show.
